Steve is an NLP Master Practitioner and certified NLP Trainer with 20 years experience covering Research and Development, system engineering, people management, programme management, marketing, consultancy, training, therapy and change work.

Some would say dedication, others would say "what a great way to avoid changing his daughter's nappies"!

When John isn't doing the day job as a computer programmer, he spends most of his spare time with his family and teaching LeRoc.
