Privacy Policy: Email Addresses

Email Addresses are used solely for communication between the NLP Development Forum Team and the Owner of the Email Address.

Email Addresses will NOT be used for profit (e.g. selling-on, advertising), and will not be passed to any other person.

If the Owner of an Email Address wishes the NLP Development Forum Team to stop using their Email Address then the NLP Development Forum Team can be notified of this via any method on the Enquiries Page or by using the Mailing List Removal Page.

Once the Owner of an Email Address has requested that the NLP Development Forum Team stops using the Email, then the Owner will be notified of this, and any further communication to the Owner via Email will be a mistake on the part of the NLP Development Forum Team, and they should be notified of it immediately to rectify the situation.
